Film fest to make a splash

This is one film festival that's diving into the deep end. Pattaya may have enjoyed great success with Southeast Asia's first rooftop film festival last year, but next month it's all about being poolside to see great French films.
A collaboration between the French embassy and the World Film Festival of Bangkok, the "Pattaya French Film Festival 2013" will be screening Gallic cinematic delights at Dusit2 Baraquda Pattaya Hotel every Friday and Saturday throughout February, starting at 8pm.
This is a chance for French film aficionados to enjoy eight of France's most celebrated films together with other Francophiles in a poolside al fresco ambience.
