Sunday Brunch flows from 11.30am — 3.00pm, extending throughout Parichart Court and into Madison and Spice Market restaurants. Both al fresco and air conditioned seating is available.

Matching gourmet fare with creative beverages, a Make Your Own Bloody Mary bar is accompanied by pass-around shooter cocktails and tiered free-flow beverage packages.
New live culinary stations include an aromatic Asian Corner, luring seafood enthusiasts to the sushi station, tosses fresh creations of wok-fried noodles, and serves specialties from Asia’s most exciting cultural trends.
Flawless spice blends at the Indian Corner are infused into live tandoor, pav bhaji and chat creations, as well as authentic regional recipes. At the live International Station, tender meats are flame grilled to each guest’s liking, Italian pastas are made to order, and chef presents a selection of signature hot dishes.
Anantara Siam’s Sunday Brunch showcases favourites from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants. The variety includes fresh seafood and salad selections, luxury delicacies of foie gras, lobster, oysters, prime rib and beef or salmon wellington, succulent carvery meats, and world flavours from Japanese, Indian, Italian, Chinese and Thai cuisines. Dessert is sweet decadence with artistic cakes and pastries, compote drizzled crepes, luscious ice-creams and sorbets, as well as artisan cheeses.
