In 1987, Buron moved to the Chabichou, the oldest and most established hotel in the charming ski resort of Courchevel in the French Alps. There, he began as a chef de partie under the mentorship of Michel Rochedy. In 2004, Buron was awarded the coveted "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" and is known as "The Crowning Touch" of Chabichou.

Over the past 10 years, he has been giving demonstrations and participating on courses around the world, particularly in Japan.

Over the four-night event at Vie Hotel Bangkok, chef Buron will showcase his kitchen dexterity through a selection of 4-course lunches and 7-course wine-pairing dinners.
