Fifty Five and RedSky restaurant at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld are presenting premium quality Black truffles also know as French truffles imported from Périgord, in the South of France. Our Chef de cuisine, Hugo Coudurier has created a Périgord Black Truffle set over 5 courses. Start the mouth-watering experience with Winter Mache Salad; poached egg, sunchoke puree and fresh truffle then an Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup with a toasted mushroom brioche. The main courses are Oven Roasted Turbot a rare fine fish from France's deep ocean and black truffle mousseline and Dry Aged Wagyu Strip Loin; crispy potato cake, clove and black truffle bouillon. End the romantic dinner in this winter season with Chocolate Ice Cream and Hazelnut, Our Chef de cuisine, Hugo and his crew guarantee you will savour the richest flavours.

The Périgord Black Truffle set price at Bt6,555++ per person or each course is also available on an a la carte basis. Fifty Five and RedSky restaurant are open daily for dinner from 6:00 pm onwards.
