Beef lovers will enjoy dining at Elements restaurant in January. This popular casual dining venue at The Okura Prestige Bangkok is adding beef from Japan to its extensive à la carte menu.

Guests may order the finest cuts of Hokkaido, Matzusaka and Kiwami beef cooked to order as part of a memorable à la carte dining experience. Chef de Cuisine Henry Jordan recommends Kiwami Wagyu sirloin with anchovy salt, roasted morels, Wagyu fat roasted carrots and sake-dashi bath.

Prices start from Bt2,200++ and these additional choices are available for dinner every evening at Elements from 6 to 31 January 2015 (6:00 pm - 10:30 pm).
