Chef Henk Savelberg invites all in Bangkok to celebrate the Christmas holiday at Savelberg Thailand restaurant.

On 24, 25 and 26 December enjoy a festive five-course dinner menu of superb dishes comprising Lobster, Scallops, Sole, Chicken and Speculoos. Dinner guests also receive a collection of home-made Savelberg sweets to take home.

Throughout each evening, the restaurant’s Dutch chefs will join in the holiday cheer and mingle about the dining room to discuss culinary matters as well as Christmas traditions of their native Netherlands.

• Lukewarm lobster, black truffle, haricots verts, celery, goose liver & vinaigrette of black truffle.

• Grilled scallops, apple, celeriac foam, red curry vinaigrette.

• Poached North Sea sole, grapes, capers & white wine sauce.

• Chicken raviolis “Label Rouge’’, fried langoustine & langoustine sauce.

• Speculoos, Almonds, homemade White chocolate ice cream.
