His excellency Kesang Wangdi _ Bhutan Ambassador to Thailand _ entranced the audience, which had gathered to celebrate King Jigme Khesar Wangchuck's 33rd birthday in a low-key ceremony, with his eye-catching national attire and his down-to- earth personality.
