After having worked in the private sector for most of her life, Achara Bunnag found her true calling when she went back to school 13 years ago to do a degree in psychology. Today she is a senior psychotherapist at Manarom Hospital and seems perfectly suited to the profession, her humble demeanour and emphatic nature making her a natural fit with clients and new acquaintances alike.
While Achara's composure and reassuring tone of voice might be typical of a psychotherapist, she comes across as someone with a genuine compassion for and interest in helping others.
"People with emotional problems and mental health conditions should not be considered crazy," she declared.
