Foreign musos flock to harp festival

Sixteen young harpists from seven countries will be vying for a trophy from HM the Queen at the 2nd Thailand International Harp Festival and Youth Competition to be held at Chulalongkorn University from Aug 15 to 19.

The Ensemble Lumaka

The festival was held for the first time under the patronage of HM the Queen in November 2009 and was the first event of its kind ever to be organised in Southeast Asia.
