Korean heartthrobs to the power of seven

BTOB, seven of the most promising new faces of Korean pop music, make their Bangkok debut on Dec 13 at the Thai Supermodel Contest where they have been invited as guest artists.

Hailed as the seven wonders of South Korea, the boyband is recognised for their powerful vocals and sensational chorus singing ballads. They dance effortlessly to strong beats backed by impressive stagecraft.

Formed in March this year, the group released their debut mini-album, Born To Beat a month later. It contains hits such as Born To Beat, Secret (Insane) and Irresistible Lips. Such is their appeal, they have received invitations to many prominent variety shows and been embraced by fans at home and overseas, including in Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and even South America.

The septet comprising Seo Eun-kwang, Lee Min-hyuk, Lim Hyun-sik, Jung Il-hoon, Lee Chang-sub, Yook Sung-jae and Peniel was formed by Cube Entertainment, one of the best known names in the Korean industry which also boasts 4Minute, Beast and GNA under its wings.
