Korphai music ensemble is set to dazzle fans this evening with a performance of rare quality at Chulalongkorn University's Art and Culture Centre starting 6pm.

Korphai ensemble, led by noted ethnomusicologist Anant Narkkong of Silpakorn University, second left, performs this evening at Chulalongkorn University’s Art and Culture Centre.

Featuring traditional and contemporary pieces, the performance incorporates musical instruments from neighbouring countries, like the pattala xylophone native to Myanmar, and traditional Thai percussion equipment.
