The record label R-Siam, a luk thung music subsidiary of RS Plc, on Tuesday defended its decision to allow Baitoey R-Siam to perform at parties organised by former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
The famous singer and actress, who is known for her trademark micro-shorts and sexy dancing, told reporters last week that she had performed for the former premier on two occasions in Hong Kong and Singapore and was paid 500,000 baht for each show.
