The Indian Social Club of Thailand is holding the first “Thai-Indian Fun Fair” to boost friendship in the Thai-Indian community this Sunday.

The ‘Thai-Indian Fun Fair’ will present cultural shows from India and Thailand.

Held in collaboration with the Embassy of India, the fair will transform the football field of Srinakharinwirot University on Sukhumvit Soi 23 into a socio-cultural platform where 3,000 members of the Thai-Indian community are expected to gather for an evening of fun, from 3pm until 9pm.

Filled with enrichment experiences for all ages, the fair will present unique cultural activities, including a fashion show from Assam and a performance by a folk dance group from Punjab.

Stalls and booths will feature specific interests and unique experiences such as health spas, jewellery, games, music and entertainment. There will also be a variety of kid-friendly interactive games, intercontinental food and beverages, souvenirs from Thailand and India, and lucky raffles with attractive prizes.

There is no admission fee to the fair.
