Mr.Varayuth Yenbamroong, CEO and Co-Founder, <a href="http://www.m-lte.com/">Mobile LTE Co., Ltd</a>. led his staffs and management team to meet with the Commissioner of National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC). Receiving the Type Three Satellite Business License Kor/60/001 to conduct the business and provide the communications satellite services, with a license period of 15 years starting from the January 23rd, 2017 - January 22nd ,2032. Mobile LTE now becomes the 2nd satellite operator with satellite license business in Thailand.
Mr. Varayuth said "Mobile LTE Co.,Ltd. focusses on services providing using new technologies, which are different from the existing in the market and want to launch a satellite onto country's unused and reservation orbital slots as soon as possible as some slots will expire very soon. This will help utilizing the existing resources in another way for the benefit of the country in order to promote and support the expansion of communication satellite business to ASEAN and other countries".
According to the plan, the company will provide the services soonest and hope that it will contribute in improving the quality of people's lives and key government agencies in the remote areas in order to access the communications and information equally and evenly. However, the company must obtain permission from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society following the related rules and regulations before providing these services.
