HIGHLIGHT: Chef Ian Kittichai Chalermkittichai, Thailand's highly experienced Iron Chef, created fusion Thai dishes including salmon tartar wonton tacos, Chiang Mai sausage and traditional condiment, turmeric chicken and red beef curry to be paired with six types of wine from Pernod Ricard. At the event, guests were invited to share fun experiences. Special entertainment was provided by DJ Kenny Numnaphol.
