2 For the first time in her decade-long career, Myrtille "Mimi" Tibayrenc will unveil her solo exhibition Sublimation Art in the form of oil paintings. Her illustrations are reminiscent of quaint landscapes, iconic portraits and explicit porn. Taken out of context, these topics form a new story: the very understanding of our world. Tibayrenc's works are fables. Taken from their original source, she reinvents iconic images and gives them new meaning. They offer an insight into a novel, intimate, silent dimension.
