Grammy-nominated stand-up comedian Jim Gaffigan is ready to bring the laughter to Bangkok on Friday at Scala Theatre, Rama I.
Presented by Live Nation BEC-Tero and the Comedy Club Bangkok, the "Jim Gaffigan Quality Time Tour Live In Bangkok" is the first opportunity for local audiences to get up close to one of comedy's most intelligent observational humorists.
Known for his clean brand of comedy, Gaffigan's principal topics relate to laziness, eating and parenthood. He is one of the world's highest-grossing comedians, with several successful comedy specials, including Mr. Universe, Obsessed, Cinco and recently Noble Ape, all of which received Grammy nominations.
Noble Ape has been a smash success, leading to sold-out shows around the world from Europe to China and Japan.
The 52-year-old is also a writer, having penned two New York Times best-selling books. Released in 2013, Dad Is Fat debuted at No.5 on the best-seller list and Food: A Love Story, from 2014, debuted at No.3.
