MyTravel Thailand is a smartphone application that will facilitate travel in the country. Even if you are not a foreign tourist, you can still benefit from this user-friendly app.
The app helps identify accommodation and tourist attractions close to where you currently are. Each place identified comes with a map, photos and background description. You can also add the destination you like to your favourites list for future viewing. The app allows you to email links to your friends or post your comments. Comments from other users can be viewed at the bottom of each destination.
The section “News Feed” provides latest updates and information from tourist attractions and accommodation, while there is also a section for most viewed destinations.
For easier viewing, there are also sections called “Attractions” and “Hotels”, which separate tourist destinations and hotels so that they do not get mixed up. Hotel room rates are also available in US dollars. The app provides a link to websites Agoda and Booking.com so that you can cross-check prices.
