SET up 2.94 points at opening

Thai stocks opened up 0.22% at the start of trade this morning.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,357.51 points, up 2.94 points from yesterday’s close. The trade value was 2.59 billion baht, with 1.75 billion shares traded.

The SET50 index opened at 923.56 points, up 1.86 points, or 0.20%, with a total trade value of 1.26 billion baht.

The SET100 index rose 4.21 points, or 0.21%, to 2,030.83 points, with a total turnover of 1.40 billion baht.

The SETHD index went up 3.18 points, or 0.27%, to 1,196.46 points, with a total turnover value of 574.66 million baht.

The MAI index gained 2.59 points, or 0.64%, to stand at 405.91 points, with total transaction value of 124.60 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

PTT          stood at           334.00 baht, up 3.00 baht (0.91%)
SCB          stood at           175.50 baht, up 1.50 baht (0.86%)
PTTEP     stood at           158.50 baht, up 1.00 baht (0.63%)
CPF          stood at             34.25 baht, unchanged
ADVANC   stood at           218.00 baht, up 1.00 baht (0.46%)
