Narong Amphanphai of the CSD said on Wednesday the victims will receive refunds on Thursday by cheques.
Alleged scammer Chonnikan Taichilasasoontorn was accused of using a 16-year-old girl to post online advertisements offering Furby dolls for sale at 2,990 baht each, 1,005 baht below the listed retail price.
Individuals placed their orders and paid, but did not receive the toys.
Part of the money from the alleged scam was transferred to Kanjana Jabang, who was also a victim of the girl's trickery.
Pol Lt Col Narong said Ms Chonnikan agreed to give the victims' cash back in full.
Police retrieved 4.6 million baht from the woman, 61,000 baht from the 16-year-old girl, and 490,000 baht from Ms Kanjana - more than 5.1 million baht.
Despite the refund Ms Chonnikan still faces criminal charges of fraud, police said.
They will gather the required documents and conduct further legal proceedings.
