SET up 8.61 points at opening

Thai stocks opened up 0.55% at the start of trade this morning.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,582.86 points, up 8.61 points from yesterday’s close. The trade value was 2.59 billion baht, with 640.30 million shares traded.

The SET50 index opened at 1,045.47 points, up 6.01 points, or 0.58%, with a total trade value of 1.32 billion baht.

The SET100 index rose 13.82 points, or 0.59%, to 2,341.09 points, with a total turnover of 2.07 billion baht.

The SETHD index went up 4.08 points, or 0.33%, to 1,245.28 points, with a total turnover value of 474.06 million baht.

The MAI index gained 2.96 points, or 0.60%, to stand at 495.48 points, with total transaction value of 83.40 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

CPALL stood at 41.25 baht, up 0.25 baht (0.61%)
SIRI stood at 4.38 baht, up 0.08 baht (1.86%)
BLAND stood at 2.02 baht, up 0.06 baht (3.06%)
PTTGC stood at 71.75 baht, up 1.75 baht (2.50%)
QH (XD) stood at 4.30 baht, up 0.02 baht (0.47%)
