Thick smoke covered a vast tract of forest land in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
The land up for bid is part of a 98-rai tract in Khlong Chan that the NHA has owned for decades since its founding.
While his purchase of the tract of land has gone through with its private owners, it has yet to be sealed by the official approval it needs.
