Police have arrested a man allegedly involved in killing a Japanese man and robbing the cash he won from a Cambodian casino.

Police Maj Gen Ronasilp Phusara said 28-year-old Cambodian Sok Na fled to Thailand last month and was found in Chachoengsao province on Thursday.
