Prosecutors on Wednesday indicted four suspects in the Akeyuth Anchanabutr murder case on six charges, said chief of the Office of the Attorney-General's Department of Criminal Litigation.
The four suspects are Akeyuth’s driver Santiphap Pengduang, Sutthipong Pimpisarn, Chaowalit Woonchum and Thiwakorn Kuathong, said Pol Sub Lt Phongniwat Yutthaphanborikan.
Mr Santiphap has confessed to murdering Akeyuth, police said. Mr Sutthipong denied killing him, although police say he was in the black Volkswagen van used to abduct Akeyuth and he was also at the murder scene.
