Thailand will use bilateral negotiation with Cambodia to decide how to proceed after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled Phnom Penh has sovereignty over the disputed Preah Vihear temple site, Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra said on Monday.

Thai officials and their advisors will sit down to discuss the details of the court's ruling before holding talks with Cambodia, she said.
