Philippines, Malaysia urge caution

The Philippines and Malaysia have advised their citizens to avoid trouble spots in Bangkok following the invocation of the emergency decree.

The Philippines Foreign Ministry raised its travel alert another notch to Level 2 on Wednesday for Bangkok and other areas covered by the decree.
