No injunction against emergency law

The Civil Court decided on Friday not to issue an injunction against the caretaker government's use of the emergency decree in Bangkok and nearby areas.

But the court ordered the Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order (CMPO) not to seize consumer goods, medical supplies and chemical products from protesters.
