Voting has been cancelled at 38 Bang Kapi polling units because venues and staff for the election became unavailable at the last minute, according to a Post Today report.

The Bang Kapi election committee said the owners of venues initially earmarked as polling units withdrew permission for their premises to be used for the vote.

The report said that the heads of the 38 polling units also resigned.
