- +

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) yesterday outlined a plan to distribute digital-TV subsidy coupons to 22 million Thai households starting from April 1.

Col Natee Sukonrat, chairman of the NBTC’s broadcasting committee, said the coupons will be distributed via Thailand Post, based on house registration under the Interior Ministry.

The area of coupon distribution will be in line with the NBTC’s digital-TV network expansion plan.
