Luang Pu Buddha Isara, a core leader of the anti-government protesters under the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), plans to lead a group of farmers who will raise questions about the money spent on advertisements to promote the caretaker government’s megaprojects.
After the Constitution Court vetoed the 2-trillion-baht borrowing bill planned for investment in megaprojects on Wednesday, Luang Pu questioned whether the budget of more than 200 million baht spent on promoting the high-speed train project would be legal because it was used to promote projects that have not been approved.
He has assigned his legal team to study the issue.
