Four bidders left for Lumpini prime site

- +

Four major listed firms - CPN, Saha Pathana Inter-holding, Minor International and Univentures - will be in the final round of bidding for the rights to a mixed-use development on an 88-rai plot on the corner of Wireless and Rama IV Road, owned by the Crown Property Bureau (CPB).

CPB's assistant director-general Somboon Chaidejsuriya said the bureau will announce the winners in the middle of this year after postponing the bid from late last year as the project is a large-scale one and there is the political crisis.

"Our working committee needs to take more time to consider details of each bidder's proposal and discuss with them about their plan and concept," he said.
