Suthep, Luang Pu lead 5th-day march

Suthep Thaugsuban, secretary-general of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), and Luang Pu Buddha Isara, core leader at the Chaeng Wattana rally site, led supporters in a march to Yaowarat on Friday morning. 

The anti-government protesters set off from their main rally site in Lumpini Park to Yaowarat, Si Phraya and Silom and will end their walk at Sathorn Road.

The march on Friday is under strict security. The PDRC has increased the numbr of its guards to about 2,000, according to Thavorn Senneum.
