The Pheu Thai Party on Tuesday filed a complaint with Department of Special Investigation (DSI) chief Tarit Pengdith against Suthep Thaugsuban and other People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) core members, accusing them of breaches of Section 113 of the Criminal Code.
The complaint was submitted to Mr Tarit by Pheu Thai spokesman Prompong Nopparit at the Narcotics Suppression Bureau offices, where the Centre for the Administration of Peace and Order (Capo) operates from.
Mr Prompong said Mr Suthep announced on April 5 in the presence of other PDRC core members that if the Constitutional Court rules that Yingluck Shinawatra had forfeited the prime ministership for the unjustified removal of Thawil Pliensri as National Security Council O(NSC) secretary-general he would declare the PDRC a sovereign entity and propose a royal command for the appointment of a prime minister and cabinet members.
