Songkran murder suspects arrested

Police have apprehended two teenagers accused of fatally stabbing a 14-year-old boy at Khao San Road's Songkran festival on Monday. 

Two suspects, aged 15 and 17, are arrested on Saturday  for the stabbing murder of a 14-year-old during Songkran.

Rangsirit Pimpa, a Mathayom 2 student of Wat Kemapirataram School, was slashed and stabbed in the neck by three teenagers in Soi Rambutri near Khao San Road. The attack happened about 8pm during Songkran festival activities. He later died from his injuries.
