People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) protesters were warmly welcomed by staff of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) on their arrival at their office on Ngam Wong Wan road before noon on Thursday, reports said.
The PEA is the 6th state enterprise to have been visited by the PDRC to garner support for its campaign for the country's reforms before elections.
The PDRC protesters and their leaders including Suthep Thaugsuban, Witthaya Kaewparadai, Chumpol Julasai, Sathit Wongnongtoey and Akanat Promphan as well as Komsan Thongsiri, chairman of the State Enterprises Labour Relations Confederation (SERC), received a warm welcome from PEA employees who greeted them with flowers and cash donations.
