Capo raises legal pressure on Suthep

The Centre for the Administration of Peace and Order (Capo) has accepted the Pheu Thai Party's petition that it file another case against People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) secretary-general Suthep Thaugsuban for alleged infringement of His Majesty the King's power by proposing a prime minister under Section 7 of the constitution,Department of Special Investigation (DSI) chief Tarit Pengdith said. 

Mr Tarit, in his capacity as Capo secretary, said the petition was submitted by Pheu Thai spokesman Prompong Nopparit.

Capo passed the complaint to the DSI, which would treat it as a special case for further investigation.
