Nurak new charter court president

Judge Nurak Mapraneet was elected the new president of the Constitutional Court, replacing Jaroon Inthachart, at today's meeting of the court's judges, reports said on Wednesday. 

Mr Jaroon has resigned as president, but remains on the court bench.

The Office of the Constitutional Court will send a letter notify the senate speaker of Mr Nurak's election.
