Grocer slain by Songkhla gunmen

The owner of a grocery business was murdered and his wife wounded by gunmen who entered their shop in Songkhla's Thepha district on Monday, police said. 

Pol Maj Bancha Phadthaisong said the attack happened about 12.30pm. Four men, all wearing crash helmets to hide their faces, arrived at the shop on two motorcycles.

One of them walked into the shop and opened fire at Cho Korpoonpat, the shop owner, and his wife Mukda, with a handgun.
