Court to probe protest deaths in Nov

A Criminal Court inquest in November will hear evidence relating to the deaths of three demonstrators killed during the Feb 18 police operation to clear anti-government demonstrators from two Bangkok bridges.

Public prosecutors on Thursday asked the court to confirm the identities of the three victims and rule on where, when and under what circumstances they died. The three requests were made under Section 150 of the Criminal Procedures Code.
