Former deputy prime minister and education minister Pongthep Thepkanchana is the richest of 13 ministers in the former Yingluck Shinawatra cabinet who have declared their assets and liabilities to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) one year after losing office, as required by the law.

The NACC on Tuesday published the assets and liabilities of the 13 former ministers.
