Dump Truck Crash

Four lanes of Kanchanaphisek Road were closed to traffic after the empty back end of an 18-wheeler dump truck became detached from the driver’s cab and smashed into a 60 tonne pedestrian bridge, causing it to collapse. The truck’s driver blamed the accident on a flaw in its hydraulic system. No injuries were reported. Photo by Apichart Jinakul.
