The recipients include the family of taxi driver Amnart Phuangsoongnern, Dusit traffic policeman Likasit Pilasri, and Phaya Thai police officer Pol Snr Sgt Maj Jirote Boonthongkam, who were killed or injured when crazed computer repairman, Thada Inthamas, 37, embarked on a crime spree in central Bangkok.
