Flower Power

The International Horticultural Exposition Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011 opened in Chiang Mai on Dec 14, ahead of an official opening ceremony on Jan 15 to be presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
