Democrat Party candidate Tankhun Jitt-itsara is attempting to woo voters in the Pheu Thai stronghold of Don Muang ahead of the area’s June 16 by-election. But will heated confrontations with long-standing rival and ousted Pheu Thai MP Karun Hosakul damage his campaign, or could he transform his party’s fortunes, after losing out on the seat in 2010.
