Fast Track English

The Education Ministry's English Speaking Year 2012 project is encouraging students to come to grips with speaking English – by introducing a degree of compulsion. The project, initiated by former education minister Woravat Au-apinyakul, requires that all schools nationwide stimulate their students and teachers to speak English at least one day a week in preparation for the Asean Community in 2015.     Why is a French speaking person teaching English ? His English is not that good ! That young boys' English level is about that same as his teacher.. oh my
