Picking Up the Pieces: Pak Thong Chai

Pak Thong Chai district in Nakhon Ratchasima was the first area to feel the effects of the flooding that began in October. The area is not normally susceptible to such deluges and was therefore poorly prepared to deal with the flood and its aftermath.
