Briohny Smyth: a passion for yoga

Former child pop star Briohny Smyth discovered yoga in Thailand in 1999, channelling the discipline to help her overcome anorexia and bulimia. Since quitting her singing career in 2004, the 32-year-old has travelled around the world from her base in Los Angeles to conduct yoga classes, inspiring others to aim for a healthy body and mind.
