British builders Atkins say the Vincom Landmark 81 will be located directly along the Saigon River.

The skyscraper, sure to be a magnet for tourists visiting southern Vietnam, will include a hotel, apartments and trading companies within its 81 storeys.

There will also be a shopping centre on the ground floor.

Construction will run until 2017.
