Hey posters: "Is the entire World, a 'red shirt'?" Or, are all of these countries where TS travels freely not aware of his 'criminal fugitive' status that you constantly point out?

Or, more likely, they see TS as more of a victim of the illegal military coup. It always makes me smile to hear those scream about his criminal activity (signing for his wife) while they totally ignore the fact that men overthrew a democratically elected government & then got away 'Scot free.' I guess they support only the laws that they like!

    Mr 10 pete......

How would you describe the global economy and ethics of doing business as it is today?
    Tea party gathering maybe?

The man is a genius in business.
But so was Bernie Madoff and Mr Stanford.

In Forbes last week Thaksin boasted about his African friends. Being friends with and supporting Mugabe is not something to boast about. Indicative of Thaksin's lack of morals and his favored style of 'democracy'.

Is there an extradition treaty with Burma? Oh dear, this is happening right on the face of ASEAN. Something is terribly wrong for Burma to receive this fugitive as a guest.

    Disc3. Buster:

“Mr Thaksin is a business man and a damned good one”.

I guess you must read The Corruption Chronicle.

Once again the arrest warrant imposed against thaksin is totally ignored by myanmar government. A meaningless arrest warrant resulted from a political persecution by thaksin's political opponents.

And we all are grouped together as Asean. Not a showcase of justice so to see. I bet the Dubai man cannot do this in Singapore or Malaysia, they understand the implications.

Be careful President Thein Sein! I’m sure your advisers keep you updated on this man. If you want to learn about democracy, this is not man. If you want to learn about a modern and progressive education system, this is not the man. If you want to learn about rule of law and its enforcement, this is not the man. Modern, safe railway system? Look elsewhere. In other word keep your guard up and keep your sense of humor when in his presence.

"The warrant for Thaksin's arrest was a product of the coup that overthrew his government"

The arrest warrant is not a product of the coup, but of Thaksin's malfeasance and criminal activity.
