Australia diplomats back to Fiji after expulsion

Australia has announced the appointment of a new high commissioner to military-run Fiji, three years after tit-for-tat expulsions of each other's top envoys.

Foreign Minister Bob Carr on Saturday said the decision to install Margaret Twomey from February was in recognition of the Pacific nation's move towards democracy.
